FAQ – Portrait Shoot Munich

How much does a portrait shoot in Munich cost?

There are three options:

Where does the shoot take place — studio or on-location?

Both are possible. In the studio we create a clean, timeless image with a neutral or textured backdrop. On-location, we shoot at a place in Munich that suits you — your office, a courtyard, a park, a café district. I suggest locations that fit the occasion, or we use your favourite spot.

How long does a shoot take?

The Portrait takes 45–60 minutes, the Portrait Session 1.5–2 hours, the Portrait Story half a day (3–4 hours). The time is generously planned — no stress, no rushing. The best images emerge once you have settled in.

When will I receive my finished images?

Typically within 7–10 working days. From the Portrait Session onwards you receive a password-protected online gallery for full-resolution download — accessible for 1 month (Portrait Story: 6 months).

Can I use the images for LinkedIn, my website and print materials?

Yes. All options include unrestricted usage rights — for web, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, XING), print, press and internal company communications. No expiry date, no licensing fees, no restrictions.

Do I need experience in front of the camera?

No. The majority of my clients rarely stand in front of a camera. An important part of my work is creating an atmosphere in which people feel relaxed and natural. The best images usually emerge when someone has stopped performing.

What should I wear for the shoot?

What suits you — not what you think will impress. Plain tones generally work better than large patterns. Clothing you feel comfortable in also comes across as more authentic in the image. From the Portrait Session onwards, you receive specific styling tips beforehand, and multiple outfits are planned.

How many images are included in each option?

The Portrait: 3 fully retouched images. Portrait Session: 10 images. Portrait Story: 25 images. Additional images can be added individually (150 EUR / 120 EUR / 100 EUR depending on the option).

How does booking work?

By email or contact form. After your enquiry, we briefly discuss your wishes, occasion and process — then I set a date. A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The remainder is due after the shoot. [ All Services & Pricing → ]
